Platform: PC 3.51 standard Design: WMS did not design this site Development: The whole project through from conception to launch took less than two months. This site required several advanced customizations: (a) the login had to integrate with a Webservice that could authenticate membership against a 3rd party membership database. (b) A customers membership account then defines what level of membership they are at and what kinds of discounts they qualify for. (c) What is more, manufacturers limit discounts at all kinds of levels for each membership level from the product level up through the whole "family tree" of categories and subcategories. (d) Ability for members to round up their subtotal to he nearest even dollar amount and donate the "spare change" to charities the Bass Federation supports. (e) Ability to make a donation while checking out. |
